Lymphatic Support

Who's a Good Fit For this Work

Clients with swelling or lymph concerns who want gentle, safety-focused work and understand this is a cumulative process — not a single-session fix or a cosmetic treatment.

Not a Good Fit

People seeking extreme "detox" claims, dramatic before-and-after results, or promises about curing medical conditions.

Understanding What You're Experiencing

When your lymphatic system isn't moving well, the physical weight of it shows up everywhere — in legs that feel like they're wrapped in wet sand, in clothes that fit differently by afternoon, in the effort it takes to do things that used to feel effortless. For some people, it's tight, puffy heaviness in the limbs. For others, it feels like a dull, stretching pressure under the skin — as if everything is one size too small.

How We Approach It

We use gentle, lymphatic-focused strokes, elevated positioning, graded pressure that respects your medical needs, and slow pacing. We don't rush lymphatic work. We also coordinate with your medical team's guidance when you have it.

What to Discuss With Your Therapist

Tell your LMT where you notice swelling most, what your medical team has said about it, and any history of surgeries or conditions that affect lymph flow. The more context, the more careful and effective we can be.

Between-Session Considerations

Hydration, movement, elevation, and compression (when prescribed) all support lymph flow between sessions. Your medical provider is the right source for specifics — we stay in our lane and reinforce their plan.
